According to the Amex research consumers consider the most important attributes a customer service professional can have are, that at the first point of contact they should always to be able to connect with someone in the business who is knowledgeable and is able to resolve their enquiry adequately. Additionally, the capability of the person they speak with should answer questions and handle transactions effectively and efficiently. They prefer their issue or query to be handled at the time without transfers and escalations.

Imagine having a service that when you were unable to answer an enquiry your guardian angel was able to step in as a responsible and knowledgeable member of your team to deal with these enquiries whilst providing a high level of customer service that you expect for your business and your brand.
