How outstanding customer service leads to more sales and loyalty
Recent studies reveal how Australians rank excellent customer service as more important when making their decisions to engage with a business, well above the quality and price of a service or product. This is evident in their purchasing decisions. With over 70 % of Australian consumers admitting to having increased their intended spend with a company because of receiving an excellent customer service experience. While on the other hand nearly half of those people will in fact take their business elsewhere immediately from only one poor experience and 9 out of 10 people will jump ship after three occasions of feeling undervalued.
